Handle With Care offers methods to help regulate unhealthily moods, reduce stress, and calm the nervous system, specifically tailored to support Black women. One effective method is the Gum Method designed to provide relief and relaxation please bring your favor gum to session . Take a session with us ,1 hour once a week for 2 weeks total ,to experience the benefits of this technique and learn how to incorporate it into your self-care routine We have a 6 module courses , we only teach 2 in this session , to understand all 6 modules take private 1on1 session with me .Empower yourself through healing and wellness at Helping Black Women, where your mental and emotional well-being are a top priority. Join our community for support and guidance on your journey to improved health and happiness.
